Rob Dyke
CPA, CA, LPA
Rob is a seasoned CPA with a strong background in public accounting, focusing on serving incorporated businesses. A proud alumnus of the University of Waterloo, he began his career in Perth as a staff accountant before moving into the role of Chief Financial Officer at a regional trucking and logistics company. This position, held for over a decade, provided him with extensive experience in financial and project management and human resources.
In 2009, Rob took over the reins of Dyke & Murphy, a public accounting firm that he has successfully led for over 15 years. His firm specializes in advising clients on succession planning, accounting, and taxation strategies. Rob’s approach is direct and involved, ensuring that he understands and meets the needs of his clients, who are primarily owners of incorporated businesses.
Besides his professional work, Rob is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time outdoors. He is also a committed volunteer, serving as a Board Member for the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital and Valley Heartland CFDC, where he contributes his expertise to support the community.
Rob’s blend of corporate and public accounting experience, coupled with his leadership in community service, marks him as a knowledgeable and dedicated professional in his field.
Lee-Ann Dyke
Before returning home to Perth, Lee-Ann was the head of an accounting department at a patent and trademark firm in Ottawa for nearly a decade. She joined the Dyke & Murphy team in 2010 and has become a cornerstone in the firm with extensive knowledge in all facets of taxation and accounting. Lee-Ann enjoys working alongside her husband, Rob, and values the strong relationships the company builds with new and existing businesses in our community. Lee-Ann has an active lifestyle and appreciates a good run and relaxing yoga session when she’s not spending time with her family.
Steffanie Young
Steffanie joined Dyke and Murphy in January 2023. New to Perth, she has been excited to get involved in the local community. Steffanie has a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in accounting from University of Western Ontario. She continued her education at Queen’s University where she obtained her Graduate Diploma in Accounting. She earned her CPA designation in 2024. Steffanie enjoys travelling, making crafts and being outside in the summer weather.
Dahlia Hogue
Dahlia joined Dyke & Murphy in November 2022. A Perth native, Dahlia moved back to Perth in 2021 with her husband to settle down and start a family and is excited to be working in the community, and living closer to her family. Dahlia completed a Bachelor of Communications and Media Studies at Carleton University in 2019 before continuing her education with a Business Accounting Diploma from Algonquin College, Ottawa Campus. Dahlia also has previous experience in office administration and bookkeeping. When Dahlia isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and two dogs, yoga, art and long road trips to visit her husband’s family in the Maritimes.
